Room Rentals are subject to 7.5% sales tax + 4% bed tax.
The venue will be available from 1PM on the day of the event until 10 PM the night of the event. (10pm to 11pm is set aside for cleanup and removal of belongings)
By renting the Backyard of Love for your event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Any music performed at your event will abide by the provisions of the Grayton Beach Noise Ordinance. All music must stop by 9:30 p.m.
- (NO DRUMS OR KEYBOARDS)
- You and your party will rent AT LEAST FIVE ROOMS as indicated above, based on the size of your event.
- Rooms reserved for your event will receive a 10% discount on their stay. (Each room)
- The venue fee AND room deposits are required in 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due within 60 days of event.
- All signed paperwork due within 60 days of event.
In addition to use of the Backyard of Love, our venue fee covers:
- Seating for all reserved guests including tables, chairs, linens, candles, lighting (Also includes set up and breakdown)
- Four hour slot in Venue for Ceremony/Reception
- A sound system suited to our venue and a sound engineer,Includes speakers, PA system and microphones. (Engineer is available for additional services)
- Liquor liability insurance for alcohol brought onto the premises. (Covers Owners of property and guests leasing property)
- Coordinator for pre planning.
- Discounts on preferred vendors if selected.
- Day of and dress rehearsal coordinating services at a additional discounted rate.
